I was a Personal Assistant for 9 years before coming to work for Amack. For this role I had to be very organised and love helping people, as well as being able to work through a task methodically.

All these skills have been transferable to my role as Client Relationship Manager.

As I worked for several Directors’ in the past I also had to be professional and discreet with some information, which I think is important.
In the past I have completed my Level 3 Certificate in Administration – which included touch typing, shorthand and audio typing.
